DOUBLE CHEESE DOUBLE BAKED
POTATOES
 
4 med. baking potatoes
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. cream cheese with chives and onions
1/8 tsp. pepper
1- 2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. fresh chives
2 tbsp. fresh green onions, chopped

Brush potatoes with vegetable oil.

Bake in 425°F oven until done. Cool slightly. Cut lengthwise from top. Scoop pulp into bowl. Mash. Add all other ingredients. Return to potato skins.

Bake at 425°F for 20-25 minutes.
