FUDGE-NUT PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
3 eggs
3 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. corn syrup or maple-flavored syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped walnuts

Lay pie crust in dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 2 quart saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate with butter and remove from heat. Add sugars, milk, syrup, vanilla, salt and eggs. Mix well and stir in nuts. Pour into pie crust and bake 45-55 minutes until puffed. Best served with ice cream.
