VENISON BREAKFAST SAUSAGE 
3 lbs. ground venison
1 lb. ground lean pork
1 sm. pkg. sausage seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. cajun seasoning, if desired

Make into 1/2 pound loaves. Set overnight. Ready to fry for your breakfast.
