WANDA'S PRETZEL SALAD | |
1 (12 oz.) cream cheese 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 c. crushed pretzels 3 sticks butter 1 lg. Cool Whip 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 2 c. pineapple juice (heated) 1 c. cold water 1 lg. box sliced strawberries Cream cheese and sugar; set aside. Melt butter and mix with pretzels and bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Let cool. Mix Jello and heated pineapple juice. Add water and strawberries. Let slightly jell in ice box. Add Cool Whip to cream cheese mixture. Pour on top of pretzels, then add Jello mixture. Chill. |
