GRANOLA 
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
2 c. oats (other flakes)
2 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
2 tbsp. grated coconut
Chopped dates, figs, raisins, cashews, walnuts, etc. of your own choosing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour 2 tablespoons honey into pan. Add 2 tablespoons oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla, pinch salt. Mix over low flame. Sprinkle 2 cups oats evenly over mixture. Add other flakes you might like in the same way. Sprinkle wheat germ, sunflower seeds, grated coconut into granola. Put into preheated oven at 350 degrees. Remove periodically to turn granola, remove when browned appropriately. Add chopped fruits and nut meats.
