PUMPKIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. flour, rounded
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked pumpkin
1/2 c. sour cream
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. molasses
2 c. evaporated milk
2 deep shell pie crusts, unbaked

Combine dry ingredients, mix well. Add pumpkin, sour cream and eggs. Mix well. Stir in milk. Bake in 400 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
