COLD RICE SALAD 
8 oz. pkg. chicken flavored rice
2 onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Cook rice according to directions. Cool. Add onions and green pepper. Drain artichokes and cut into quarters. Combine marinade with mayonnaise and curry. Add to rice mixture. Add artichokes.
