PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
2 c. pumpkin puree
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. molasses
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. raisins

Blend puree, sugar, oil, molasses and eggs. Add to dry ingredients (sifted together) just until blended. Add raisins. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Yield 1 dozen or more large muffins.
