WHIPPED CREAM POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter (no substitutions)
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
3 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
6 lg. eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Sprinkle ground mace

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together butter, shortening and sugar. Add whipping cream. Alternately add eggs and flour. Add vanilla, almond extract and mace. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
