HAM AND CHEESE PUFFS 
8 slices white bread
2 sm. cans deviled ham
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
3 eggs

Remove crusts from bread. Spread each slice with ham. Cut slices in half, vertically. Arrange half the slices in bottom of an 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with half the cheese. Cover with remaining bread and cheese, ham side up.

Add salt, mustard and hot sauce to eggs and beat until blended. Stir in milk. Pour over bread and cheese. Let stand 1 hour. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until puffy. Serves 6.
