EASY PIZZA 
4 c. flour
2 pkgs. yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 c. hot tap water, approx. (enough to make it feel like soft bread dough)

Mix flour, salt and yeast. Add water working in with spoon then hands. Set aside in bowl after making smooth ball. Cover with hot wet towel. Makes 3 large crusts.

TOPPING:

1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. sausage
Spaghetti sauce, Hunts
1 lg. onion, diced
2 green peppers, diced
2 cans mushrooms, sliced
2 cans ripe olives, sliced
2 (8 oz.) bags shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 bags shredded Cheddar cheese

Fry hamburger and sausage together and drain. Put sauce on crust, and spread around. Place meat and cover with shredded cheese. Place onion, pepper, olives and mushrooms on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Makes 3 large pizzas.
