EASY POUR PIZZA 
1 lb. mushrooms
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
6 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1 (10 1/4 oz.) can marinara sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Rinse, pat dry and slice mushrooms (5 cups) set aside. In large skillet, brown ground beef. Set meat aside and discard fat. Heat butter in same skillet. Add mushrooms, onions, green pepper. Saute until vegetables are tender. Lightly grease and dust with flour at 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch pan. In a small bowl combine flour, salt, oregano, pepper, milk, and eggs. Mix until smooth. Pour batter into pan to cover bottom of pan. Arrange meat and vegetable mixture over batter. bake on lower rack in preheated 450 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven, drizzle with marinara sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
