ROGGE BREAD 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. All Bran 100%
1 c. rolled oats and wheat germ (1/2 c. of each)
1 egg
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Dates - about 1 cup or raisins, figs, sun flower seeds, or nuts.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
