QUICK VEAL MURANGO 
1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried spaghetti sauce mix with mushrooms
1/2 c. leftover veal gravy
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 c. cut up cooked veal
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
3 c. hot cooked rice

Or use 1/2 cup canned chicken gravy.

1. In medium saucepan, combine tomatoes with spaghetti sauce mix, gravy, onion, salt, pepper and salad oil. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Add veal and basil, simmer 5 minutes longer.

3. To serve, pour veal mixture over rice. Makes 6 servings.
