STIR FRY BEEF AND NOODLES 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 lb. flank steak, cut diagonally in thin slices
2 c. fresh broccoli flowerettes
2 c. fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. capers, drained
1 tbsp. instant beef bouillon
1/2 c. water
1/2 lb. egg noodles, uncooked

In large skillet, heat oil; add beef, cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli, mushrooms, onion, garlic, capers and bouillon. Cook and stir until broccoli is tender-crisp. Add water. Cook 1 minute. Keep warm. Prepare noodles as package directs. Drain. Serve meat mixture over hot cooked noodles.
