POTATO SOUP | |
1 box Knorr Leek Soup 6 baking potatoes (peeled and cut into bite sizes) 2 chopped onions 3 carrots (peeled and sliced) and 2 celery stalks 4 chicken bouillon cubes 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 5 c. water 1 tsp. each salt and pepper 1/3 c. butter 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk 2 tbsp. chopped chives (or whatever you like) Put all ingredients (except milk) into crock pot. Cook on high for 5 1/2 hours. Add milk for last 1/2 hour. (If you like it chunky leave it alone - or put in blender to cream.) |
