STEAK PINWHEELS | |
1 1/2 lb. top round steak 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 4 oz. cream cheese 4 slices bacon, cooked 2 spring onions, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped Pound steak to about 1/4" thickness. Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, spring onions and garlic. Spread spinach mixture evenly over the steak to within 1/2" of all edges. Lay cooked bacon over spinach mixture. Jelly roll steak lengthwise and secure with toothpicks. Slice 1 1/2" thick and grill until done. (Spray grill with Pam before grilling.) |
