BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh, par boil
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 can mushrooms (opt.)
1 c. bread crumbs, buttered in 1/2 lb. butter

Put all but crumbs in casserole then sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until tender.
