SPRITZ 
1 1/2 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder

To be used in a cookie press. Thoroughly cream butter and sugar. Add to the creamed mixture egg, milk, vanilla and almond extract; beat well. Sift flour and baking powder; add gradually to the mixture, mixing until smooth. Do not chill. Force through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool. Makes 72.
