PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. melted butter
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Nuts (if desired)

Combine all these ingredients in a bowl, don't add the chocolate chips until you have mixed the melted butter in. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in an oven at 325 degrees. You can put them in either a 9 x 12 inch cake pan or a 10 x 15 inch teflan cookie sheet with sides.

FROSTING:

Combine: 6 tbsp. butter 3 c. powdered sugar
