1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Mix cake mix, oranges, juice, eggs and oil, until oranges are broken and batter fluffy (3 minutes). Divide into 3 layer pans, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
8 or 9 oz. dessert whip
1 pkg. (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding

Blend together and refrigerate.
