VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 head cauliflower (or 1 box frozen)
1 pkg. frozen style green beans
2 or 3 young zucchini, sliced thin
1 green pepper, sliced thin
4 or 5 sticks of celery, sliced thin on the diagonal
1 bunch green onions (or 1 purple onion sliced thin)
2 or 3 radishes, sliced thin
1 med. cucumber, sliced thin
3 or 4 med. tomatoes, quartered

1. Combine frozen vegetables and pour boiling water with salt to cover.

2. Let them sit until no longer frozen. They will be neither hard nor soft.

3. Drain and combine with other vegetables.

4. Toss with your favorite Italian style dressing plus added oil and vinegar as necessary to coat.
