LEMON YOGURT DESSERT 
2 c. crushed pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate
1 qt. vanilla frozen yogurt
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 tsp. green food color (if desired)

Dissolve sugar in melted butter with pretzels, mix thoroughly. Pat in 9 x 13 inch casserole. Bake 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool.

Beat lemonade concentrate until soft. Mix with softened yogurt and soften Cool Whip and add food coloring. Pour on top of cooked pretzel mixture. Freeze overnight. Serves 15 to 20 people.
