SWISS STEAK 
1 c. flour
2 lb. round steak, cut into 3 in. slices
1/4 c. oil
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 c. tomato juice

Pound flour into steak. Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Brown meat on both sides. Add other ingrdeitns. Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until tender.
