FRUIT PIZZA 
1 refrigerated sugar cookie roll

Mix:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
20 oz. can pineapple, chunk style
11 oz. mandarin oranges
3 bananas, sliced
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
3 tbsp. dry strawberry Jello

Slice cookie dough 1/4 inch thick. Place on greased pizza pan. Cookies should be barely touching. Bake as directed on package. (Cook immediately).

Mix together cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread on a cool baked cookie crust.

Drain pineapple and oranges and save juice to dip bananas in it. Arrange fruit on top of cream cheese mixture. Combine 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, water and gelatin together in pan. Cook until thickened. Cool and pour over fruit for a glaze. Refrigerate. Cut before serving.
