SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
garlic powder to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 lb. sausage (Italian)
red & green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
melted butter
sesame seed for sprinkling

Cut bread loaf in half; roll each half into a square. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. In a frying pan, crumble up sausage and add chopped pepper & onion; sauté until done. Drain. Mix about 3/4 of eggs. Put in 1/2 of sausage mixture in middle of each square of bread. Put grated cheese on top and fold bread up letter style. Brush sides of bread with egg mixture to seal edges. Baste top with butter and sprinkle with sesame seed.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until brown.
