HAMBURGER CHEDDAR BAKE 
1 lb. hamburger
6 med. potatoes, peeled, sliced & boiled
1 env. onion gravy
1 env. mushroom gravy
2 c. boiling water
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Saute meat in butter until pink is gone. Dissolve gravies in the 2 cups of boiling water. Bring to boil. Add meat, stirring well. Layer meat, potatoes and half of the cheese in a 2 quart casserole dish; repeat, ending with cheese on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven until cheese bubbles.
