TEXAS HOT DOG SAUCE 
5 lbs. hamburger meat
3 lg. onions, diced
1 tbsp. allspice
2 tsp. oregano
1 garlic onion
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. peppercorn
4 tsp. catsup
Salt
6 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Brown onions in oil. Add meat; cook until brown. Add seasonings and spice and cook well. Add 2 quarts water; simmer 1 hour. This can be frozen for later use.
