1 box frozen chopped spinach
1 pt. sour cream
1 box Knorr's vegetable soup mix
1 can chopped water chestnuts
1 sm. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise

Thaw spinach and squeeze all water out. Combine spinach and rest of ingredients.
