TWO CRUST PIZZA 
1 loaves frozen bread dough
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. cornmeal
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Sliced mushrooms
8 oz. graded Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. sliced pepper
1 jar thick spaghetti sauce
Pepperoni, sliced
Milk

Shape loaves into balls, cover and let rise until nearly double. Punch, cover and let rise 10 minutes more. Cook onions and hamburger; drain. Fit one loaf into pizza pan and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Top with mushrooms, green pepper, pepperoni, Mozzarella cheese and sauce. Place other loaf over filling. Pinch to seal. Cut slits on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Brush top with milk; sprinkle cornmeal. Bake 15 minutes more or until well brown. Let stand 15 minutes. Cut into wedges. Makes 10 servings.
