SANDWICH SPREAD 
12 red peppers
12 green peppers
4 lg. onions
12 green tomatoes
1 qt. cucumbers

Grind. Add 1 cup salt. Drain 1/2 hour. Add 2 1/2 cups brown sugar, 1 cup white sugar, 1 pint vinegar and 1 teaspoon celery seed. Cook 1/2 hour then add 4 tablespoons flour mixed with 1 small jar mustard. Let thicken. Remove from heat and add 1 quart mayonnaise and seal.
