DOUBLE CHERRY CHIFFON PIE 
3 oz. cherry gelatin
3/4 c. water
4 separated eggs
1 can cherry pie filling
1/4 tsp. tartar
1/4 c. sugar
9 inch graham cracker pie crust, baked

In saucepan stir water and gelatin together whisk in egg yolks and stir until thickens. Remove from stove and stir in pie filling. Then pour into pie shell, top with meringue, 4 egg whites, 1/4 teaspoon tartar and 1/4 cup sugar or you could top with whipped topping.
