SKILLET CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. can French style green beans, drained
1/2 c. instant rice, uncooked
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. browned ground beef
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Saute mushrooms in butter in skillet until tender. Add green beans. Sprinkle rice over beans. Cover with tomatoes and season with salt. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Sprinkle ground beef on top, add cheese. Heat 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
