BUTTER BAKED CHICKEN 
Chicken, cut up
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken into melted butter; roll in crumbs and seasoning mixture. Place skin up in baking dish. Drizzle any remaining butter over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Baste occasionally.
