LEMON BUTTER CHICKEN 
6 thighs and 6 legs
Salt
Pepper
2 sticks butter
1 lemon squirt juicer bottle (all)
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. minced onion

Salt chicken. Use pepper to taste. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish, bone sides up. Melt butter. Add lemon juice, paprika, and onion to butter. Pour over chicken. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken to baste. Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer. Serve with rice. Use lemon juice from baking dish to pour over the rice.
