CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 lg. hen
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 lb. spaghetti
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook and bone hen. Saute pepper, onion and celery in butter. Mix all ingredients together. Cook spaghetti, al dente. Mix spaghetti and above ingredients together and put in baking dish. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
