CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. celery, sliced
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts
1 can chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger and onion in pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients, add meat and onions. Transfer to a baking dish. Reserve 1/2 can of noodles to sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
