BERRY PATCH BROWNIE PIZZA 
1 (19.8 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix
1/3 c. chopped unblanched almonds
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. thawed frozen whipped topping
1 pt. fresh strawberries, divided
1/2 c. fresh raspberries
1/2 c. fresh blueberries
grated peel of 1 lemon
powdered sugar (for garnish)
strawberry fan (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Stir in almonds. Spread batter onto bottom of greased 14-inch pizza pan.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until set. Cool completely.

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; mix until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Chop enough strawberries to measure 1/2 cup. Gently stir into cream cheese mixture. Spread strawberry mixture evenly onto brownies. Slice remaining strawberries. Arrange on brownie. Top with raspberries and blueberries. Sprinkle with peel. Garnish with powdered sugar and strawberry fan, if desired.

Yield: 16 servings.
