STIR FRYING 
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. minced parsley
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
4 c. cold cooked rice
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash liquid hot pepper seasoning

Place wok over medium high heat. When wok is hot add butter. When butter has melted, add onion and parsley. Stir fry until onion is limp (about 1 minute). Turn heat to high and add peas, rice, lemon peel, soy and hot pepper seasoning. Stir fry until heated through, adding more batter if needed. Makes 4 servings.
