EASY CHOCOLATE PIE 
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (reg. or light), softened
1/2 c. milk (whole or skim)
10 oz. tub frozen whipped topping (reg. or light), thawed
1 chocolate crumb cookie crust

Melt chocolate with 1/4 cup of milk in microwave at 80 percent power setting for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir and if necessary, heat for 1/2 minute more. Stir until smooth.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese. Add 1/4 cup milk and beat until smooth. Add chocolate mixture and thawed whipped topping. Blend well with mixer on lowest speed. Pour into crust; cover and freeze. Remove from freezer 20-30 minutes before serving.

Serves 10-12.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

you think thats easy try this super easy chocolate pie, 1 lg box instant pudding mix, follow pie filling directions,refrigerate as directed,use graham cracker pie crust,pour pudding in pie crust, top with cool whip ,refrigerate. this recipe comes from a mom who has no time for boiling,baking,& waiting too long for anything,ecspecially during holidays
