SWEDISH PANCAKES 
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients; beat well. Heat small frying pan on medium. Grease pan with butter. Pour in 1/3 cup batter; rotate all around (like a crepe). When brown, turn over. Roll up on plate. Can use syrup, powdered sugar, and garnish with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or kiwis.
