FOUR CHEESE LASAGNA 
1-1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 jar (28 oz.) Ragu sauce
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sour cream
8 oz. lasagna noodles
3 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef in skillet with chopped onions. Drain fat and add Ragu.

In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, milk and sour cream. Boil noodles according to package directions.

In buttered 9 x 13 inch pan, layer ingredients: Noodles, cheese mixture, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Optional: Layer of pepperoni slices may be added to middle of lasagna.
