HO HO CAKE 
1 pkg. Devil's Food Super Moist or Pillsbury Plus cake mix
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. Crisco
1/3 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Use only pudding recipe cake mixes for extra moistness.

Mix cake according to directions; bake and cool completely. Remove cake from pan and slice cake lengthwise; put bottom half back in pan. While cake is cooling, cook milk and cornstarch over medium heat until thick. Cool completely. In bowl, beat butter, Crisco, sugar and vanilla. Begin beating milk mixture first, then slowly add other mixture. Beat until fluffy. Put filling on bottom layer. Add the top layer.

FUDGE ICING:

1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. milk

In saucepan, mix ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute only (no more, no less). Remove from heat and beat until icing begins to thicken. Ice cake immediately.
