SEASIDE SALMON BURGERS | |
15 1/2 oz. can salmon 1 c. quick oats, uncooked 2 eggs 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped 1/3 c. carrot, shredded 1/3 c. onion, chopped 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. butter Combine all ingredients, except butter. Mix well. Shape into form six patties. Fry in butter in 10 inch skillet over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. |
