RITZ DELIGHTS 
8 oz. chopped dates
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In double boiler, cook dates and milk until dissolved. Add pecans. Spread on Ritz crackers and bake at 325 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

Frost with butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Melt the butter and add the sugar and vanilla. Can be stored in the refrigerator. Used approximately 2 rolls of Ritz crackers.
