SHRIMP POTATO TOPPER 
1 can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
Dash of hot pepper sauce or ketchup
1 can shrimp, drained

Beat the cheese, soup and sauce until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Chill. Use on baked potatoes or over mashed tators.
