HEALTHY HEARTY PANCAKES 
1 c. flour, sifted
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. safflower oil
1 c. skim milk

Add ingredients and mix. To this you can add 2/3 cup of blueberries, but my kids love 2/3 cup of chocolate chips instead. It really gets them jumping in the morning. Make sure you cook on a griddle at 400 degrees.
