SAUCY PORK CHOPS 
1/2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. water
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 lemon
4 pork chops, 1 1/2 inch thick
1 onion

Mix first 6 ingredients. Put chops in flat greased baking dish and pour sauce over them. Slice lemon and onion and arrange 1 slice over each chop. When ready to bake, put in 325 degree oven (covered) 2 hours. Uncover, baste well with sauce, and continue baking (uncovered) 1/2 hour more.
