1 (17 1/2 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm puff pastry
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove package of pastry from freezer. Let thaw for about 10 minutes. Break dough apart at folds and place on cutting board. Cut dough into long rectangles 4 inches long by 1/2 inch wide. Press grated Parmesan cheese into dough on both sides. Twist the rectangles and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until lightly browned and puffed, about 10 minutes. Yield: 64 twists.
