CHOCOLATE CRUSTED PIE 
2 1/2 c. crushed chocolate wafers or creme-filled cookies
1/4 c. melted butter
1 3/4 c. milk
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 env. dry whipped topping mix

Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press into bottom and up sides of 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until set and slightly crisp; cool. (Baking is not necessary.)

In small mixer bowl, combine milk, pudding mix and topping mix at lowest speed until all ingredients are moistened. Beat at high speed until soft mounds form. Spoon into crust. Garnish with additional cookie crumbs. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
